About Me

My name is Miguel, I live in Venezuela in a city called Puerto Ordaz, which is 500 miles east of Caracas. Married to an extraordinary woman (she lives with me so she's gotta be extraordinary). Got two amazing kids, an eight years old boy and a four years little girl. Both are extremely smart, witty, and full of life,just like this century requires. I'm a system analist, or at least I was until 5 months ago  due to cost reduction, you know after 12 years you get a bit older for the company.

I began painting and doing stuff with the computer some ten years ago, when i was involved in a Multimedia project. From that moment i fell in love with the colored pixels and everything that allowed me to overcome my total lack of drawing skills. 

I've used a lot of design software, my favorites are Poser, Bryce and Photoshop. They allow me to create amazing things and share them with others.

RENDEROSITY
Great site. If you are into 3D, this is the place to go. A lot of free stuff, mostly Poser and Bryce. Great gallery. Great marketplace plus a lot of other  things.

3D Commune
Another excellent site for 3D lovers. I would say they have a better free stuff gallery.

DEVIANT ART
Mostly 2D, Wallpapers, designs, interfaces, photos. Thousands of them,  very good place.

RDNA (Runtime DNA)
Exclusively Poser. Excellent objects,
textures, props, etc. Good free stuff
area. If you are looking for something
out of the ordinary, this is the place.

About this Site

This is a new version (maybe you saw the other, maybe you didn't) of my old site. Why?, well the first one was like others, you know galleries, downloads, links, etc. I know sometime in the future I'll work on the galleries, but right now I feel that I have to make a contribution to the community that has given me a lot. By putting a gallery, I feel I can't accomplish it. So I decided to revamp the site, make it useful, so now there are a good handful of goodies (everything i put here will be free), mostly textures and materials, I'm not that good designing objects or geometries. 

I think these materials are good and you will find a good use for them. There are free, and if you come up with a variation please distribute them free. These downloads are exclusively for Poser 5 (since they were created using the materials node) and Bryce 5, I am not sure if the Bryce textures work in earlier versions of the software.

P.S.: There is nothing fancy about this site, no flash, no scripts (well maybe one or two). I guess I just wanted to get back to basics.
